ROPE ACCESS TEAMS
Rope access technicians are specialised and trained to reach places that otherwise shall require the use of more expensive equipment’s as, cherry-pickers, cranes, suspended scaffolding and so on.
Our Blades Technicians are certified in accordance with IRATA International and as well certified for standard and advance repairs on various Blades Technologies from Carbon Spare to SST blades, for different wind turbines models and manufacturer.

UP-TOWER BLADES REPAIR
Repairing the blades up-tower is a cost efficient and less downtime solution when it comes of Blade Damages repairs.
However, there are some damages which after Technical Specialist review are recommended to be done with up-tower solution different than rope access, this due the complexity or extended area of the damage which cannot be managed on rope.
ACTIVE GROUND NETWORK can provide different alternative solutions for larger or more complex up-tower blades repairs. We can provide aerial platforms type K-PB-3 and K-PB-4 as well as Environment Controlled platforms which allow us to perform blades repairs outside the normal period of the year due the lowest outside temperatures or geographical areas, so the service period can be extended. A boost for both OEMs delivering a warranty regime and maximise owner operator energy production.
